Retrieves the distinct delivery methods offered by the company's
active services. Reads both multi-method services
(via services.methods_bitmask) and legacy single-method services
(via services.method_of_appointment). For parent companies the
scope expands to descendant companies. Visibility filtering
mirrors v1/public/services.
