Update Shift Collection

put https://{api_url}/api/v5/admin/{company_id}/schedules/{schedule_id}/shifts

Shifts represent the individual occurences of a schedule shift pattern.
Most editing must be done against the actual shift pattern but deleting a shift will remove
that date occurence from the shift pattern.
