Questions in JRNI typically relate to information you want to obtain from a customer before they attend an appointment, event or virtual queue so you are prepared for the customer.

Booking questions are configured using the JRNI Admin Portal (Studio) and tailored to your business requirements however you can obtain the questions via the API to display on your customer booking journey and retrieve the customer's answers during the booking journey.
