For many enterprise clients, integrations into existing systems are a crucial part of
their appointments and events strategy. The appointment data in JRNI is helpful for
a range of downstream processes, including building a single customer view in a CRM
system, coordinating marketing efforts, and sending booking-related communications
to customers – the use cases are vast and differ by client and industry.
JRNI has a push notification service that sends JSON snapshot appointment data to
a POST HTTP endpoint for clients to consume. The following push notification
triggers exist as standard:
- Booking created
- Booking amended
- Booking cancelled
