A client in JRNI is your customer
Clients can be stored in JRNI as Members or Contacts.
Contacts are Public API bookings from your customers
Members are your authenticated customers in JRNI and require a login to allow access to the JRNI platform. When clients are stored as members in the JRNI platform, they can be used with the JRNI Member API calls.
