People are your staff members who will service the appointments with your customers.
They can be associated with an administrator (user / login). This is helpful if a staff member needs to manage their own schedule or appointments. A single person can be associated with multiple companies (locations). Slots can be created for a person to block them from being booked for a given period of time.
